“It’s too expensive” usually means “I’m not yet sure it’s worth it.” Answer the real question, not the surface one.

A simple approach

  • Listen fully — don’t jump to defend.
  • Acknowledge the concern honestly.
  • Ask a question to understand what’s really behind it.
  • Respond to that, then confirm you’ve addressed it.

You don’t overcome objections by talking more. You handle them by understanding more.

Handled well, the toughest objection becomes the moment a prospect decides to trust you.
